Fees and Sessions

Session Times

The school operates in two sessions:

Morning 8.45 a.m. to 12.00 noon
Afternoon 12.30 p.m. to 3.45 p.m.

The school offers flexible hours and can accommodate your needs within the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and after school by arrangement.

The school is open for 49 weeks of the year. The holiday periods are as follows:

Christmas—two weeks
Easter week (the week commencing Easter Monday plus Good Friday).

These periods of closure are in addition to all public bank holidays. A further two weeks holiday period is given free of charge to accommodate any family vacation or to be used during school holidays providing four weeks notice is given and the holiday form completed. Any other holidays above the two weeks will be charged at the normal rate to retain your child’s place.

Fees are payable monthly in advance (‘monthly’ meaning a 4-week period) and guarantees your child’s place. Fees are non-refundable even if attendance is temporarily interrupted (e.g. illness). In the event that fees are not paid, attendance at the school for your child will be refused until payment has been made. Where there is an outstanding debt and no informal arrangements can be made for payment, legal assistance will be sought. A discount is offered where there is more than one child attending from one family. A period of four weeks notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from a session.
